Collaboration with Academic Groups

Academic research partnerships related to low temperature biology, preservation, and bioassays. The Company is actively seeking academic partnerships in which we are subcontractors on grants with Federal or State Agencies or vice versa, where the academic partner is a subcontractor to the Company. Past projects have been very diverse including establishment of clinical tissue processing laboratories and subcontracts on grants from the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health. The Company has an established negotiated indirect cost rate with the Department of Health and Human Services.
